a3legal is the business name of A3 Legal Services Group, Inc. d/b/a a3legal. Christopher Todd is its founder and CEO and works as a contract paralegal.
Service boundaries
Contract paralegal services and case management are provided to attorneys and law firms under attorney direction and review. a3legal is not a law firm and does not provide independent legal advice or legal representation.
Process serving and notary services are also available to individuals and businesses, subject to the assignment, location, requirements, and availability. Notarization does not include selecting legal documents or advising on their legal effect.
Inquiries and acceptance
Contacting a3legal does not create an attorney-client relationship or confirm acceptance of an assignment or deadline. Start with a general description and arrange an appropriate method for exchanging confidential material. Duties arising from an accepted assignment are governed separately.
